If you proceed with booking a service through our platform or by direct communication, you agree to ensure that the designated driveway, parking lot, warehouse floor, pathway, or any other work area is:

• •Cleared of all vehicles, equipment, obstacles, and heavy debris prior to our scheduled arrival.
• •Accessible to our crew and equipment for the full duration of the scheduled work window.
• •Free of standing water or conditions that would prevent safe or effective application of sealant, filler, or striping materials.

Pave Protect Co. is not liable for project delays, rescheduling fees, or incomplete work resulting from a failure to grant clear site access at the agreed-upon time.

Pavement sealing, crack filling, and striping services are weather-dependent. Pave Protect Co. reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to rain, extreme temperatures, high humidity, or other environmental conditions that would compromise the quality or durability of the applied materials. We will notify you as promptly as possible in the event of a weather-related reschedule.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pave Protect Co., its employees, officers, sub-contractors, and affiliated Stripe Plus division personnel from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your misrepresentation of property conditions, or your misuse of any tool or feature on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website or the services of Pave Protect Co. must be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hamilton County, Ohio, which is the primary business jurisdiction of Pave Protect Co.
